WHO WE ARE

Brian Schoonover is a Continuous Improvement and process engineering leader with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence across manufacturing and construction environments. His career spans both white- and blue-collar roles—from production associate to engineer—allowing him to effectively connect strategic objectives with frontline execution.

He is a U.S. Army and Army Reserves veteran with three tours of service (Desert Shield / Storm 1990–91, Iraq 2003–04, and Djibouti & Kenya 2006–07). These experiences shaped a leadership style that is mission-focused, disciplined, and deeply process-driven.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Mercer University and developed his foundational expertise in Lean Manufacturing at GE Healthcare. He later earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications from Villanova University, formally aligning credentials with decades of hands-on experience.

WHAT WE DO

We help organizations identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical, sustainable solutions that optimize performance. By applying Lean, Six Sigma, and proven project management methodologies, we partner with businesses to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost—without losing sight of the people and processes that make the work possible.

Our approach bridges strategy and execution. We work alongside leadership and frontline teams to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, strengthen accountability, and build systems that support long-term operational success. Whether addressing inefficiencies, supporting growth, or improving consistency and performance, our focus is on delivering measurable results that align with organizational goals.
